The timber for this charcoal has been sourced from local woodlands in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex and Cambridgeshire.
We produce large lump Ash charcoal which almost completely fills a 6kg paper sack. As a result we can only fit TWO 6kg bags in a courier box so please remember this when ordering.
Ash charcoal has a very controllable burn. Its mild flavour is ideal for fish or delicate flavours.
