A 20 litre box of Smoking Chunks, available in 4 species that all impart different flavours to your cooking.

  1. English Oak - locally sourced from the Woodall Estate near Hertford. Oak wood smoke – rich, full flavour. Good for sausages, beef, lamb, seafood and vegetables.

  2. English Cherry - locally sourced from the Woodall Estate near Hertford. Cherry wood smoke – a mild, sweet smoke that is a great all-rounder.

  3. English Apple - sourced from Colcombe House Orchards at Hampton Bishop near Hereford. Applewood smoke - slightly sweet, fruity smoke flavour that is great for poultry, game birds and pork (especially ham).

  4. Red Oak - locally sourced from the Woodall Estate near Hertford. Oak wood smoke - rich, full flavour. `Good for sausages, beef, lamb, seafood and vegetables.

Please note that this is a natural product so sizes vary from thumb size to fist size. Approximate box weight: 6 - 9kg depending on species.

Add some flavour to savour for your cooking. These wood chunks are great for use on the grill, smoker, Kamado style or kettle BBQ. Simply add 1 to 3 Chunks several minutes prior to cooking.
